  same ethical commitments that guide patient care were applied to the rela
 tionships between educators and their trainees? This two-part series\, led
  by Elizabeth G. Armstrong\, PhD and Subha Ramani\, MBBS\, PhD\, invites m
 edical educators to reflect on how the Hippocratic Oath can serve as a fra
 mework for mentoring. Together\, we will explore strategies for cultivatin
 g trust\, fostering growth\, and creating a culture of integrity in medica
 l training.\n\nSession 2: Expanding the Circle – Peer\, Reverse\, and Mi
 d-Career Mentoring\n\nMentorship evolves over time\, extending beyond trad
