The Dept of Medicine RISE (Research, Innovations and Scholarship in Medical Education) scholars reflect on educational challenges posed by physical distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic, describe virtual educational initiatives led by them during this time, and teaching strategies that they have applied – both things that have worked well as well as lessons learned. The session will provide opportunities to discuss relevant educational theory and principles and ample time for interactive discussions.
