The Brigham Leadership Program (BLP) at Brigham and Women’s Health Care is geared towards mid-career physicians, scientists, nursing and clinical directors in a management role and currently leading teams, projects, divisions, centers, clinics or laboratories. The BLP is a rigorous leadership development program offered by the Brigham Education Institute (BEI), the Physicians’ Council and the Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization (BWPO) in collaboration with Harvard Business School (HBS).

The BWH Faculty Mentoring Leadership Program (FMLP) is a peer learning experience for midcareer and senior faculty physician and scientist mentors to enhance their mentoring effectiveness. The program is geared towards faculty who are currently mentoring other faculty and are eager to foster a collaborative learning environment among BWH faculty mentors. Each of nine monthly sessions is a highly interactive, case-based discussion facilitated by senior faculty mentors who have participated in the program.
