The BEI Presents Live Exercise Webinars to Support Your Wellbeing. Email the BWHBEI@bwh.harvard.edu for more information and how to access live and recorded classes. High intensity interval workout geared to work your ENTIRE body! Get ready to work up a sweat, burn lots of calories and go back to work energized! Classes are for ALL levels. Modifications will be provided for beginners as well as options for more advanced participants. Note: Class times subject to change.
