• Tuesdays: Yoga, 3pm – 4pm Register Here
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

• Wednesdays: Bootcamp, 3pm – 4pm Register here
High intensity interval workout geared to work your ENTIRE body! Get ready to work up a sweat, burn lots of calories and go back to work energized! Classes are for ALL levels. Modifications will be provided for beginners as well as options for more advanced participants.

• Thursdays:Barre, 9am – 10am Register here
. A fusion class that blends both Pilates Mat and Barre. Expect a little bit of everything…light cardio, strength training, balance work, core conditioning, and stretching. Exercises are designed for all levels! Feel invigorated, challenged, and inspired with Barre Fusion.

Meditation will focus on calming the mind, deep breathing and de-stressing.
