The online Master of Education is offered for those who desire an advanced degree and have an interest in medical teaching and learning beyond the level of the certificate or have an interest in educational research. The 30 credit hour program can be completed in as little as two or as many as five years. The degree issued is a master of education in curriculum & instruction. If a designation of “medical education” is desired on the transcript, students have the option of earning the certificate program first or concurrently with the MEd.
