Knowledge Burst: BrowZine

This 20-minute session will describe BrowZine software and its ability to allow users to peruse journals online, create bookshelves to organize and track your favorite journals, create and sync your Bookshelf between your mobile device and the web, and monitor the most recent issues of favorite publications. These functions will be demonstrated during the discussion.

Learn how to effectively search in Pubmed and use features such as filters, search history, and terms in Medical Subject Headings index, also known as MeSH, a controlled vocabulary within Pubmed. This 50-minute interactive class will enable you to set up NCBI accounts, set up a filter, search in Pubmed, save search results, and create & manage collections of search results.
