The BEI Presents Live Exercise Webinars to Support Your Wellbeing. Email the for more information and how to access live and recorded classes. A form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work in other areas of your body as well. Expect the moves to involve slow, precise movements and breath control. Note: Class times subject to change. Registrants will be sent the most updated class schedule by the Monday of that week.
